£17k-£22k per annum+ uncapped commission + benefits

Our Skills and Training team specialise in supporting Training Organisations nationwide on either a temporary or permanent basis. Our newly established team have achieved great success, providing an exceptional service to clients and building long term partnerships. Due to this, we are now seeking an ambitious and driven trainee Recruitment Consultant to help take this team to the next level of excellence.
What does it take to be a Recruitment Consultant?
Honestly, a lot of resilience, drive, determination and motivation! In recruitment, just like any other business, there are good days and bad days. Here at Protocol, we celebrate together on the good days, whilst supporting and lifting each other on the bad. Therefore, a dedicated team player is essential.
You will be working on finding the best talent for a range of clients such as Training Providers, Local Authorities or End-Point Assessment Organisations. We support any organisation, from SME’s to organisations with a £40billion turnover!
Using a range of digital means, you will source candidates of the highest quality to meet the client’s recruitment needs, this will include posting effective job adverts, vetting applications and searching for CV’s. This varied and exciting role will have you working on numerous roles for various clientele and chatting with amazing candidates; therefore you should have excellent customer service skills, confidence, and a personable approach whilst maintaining high quality work under pressure.
You will be working in a small, yet proactive and successful team with a supportive manager who will be dedicated and determined to support your learning and growth within the business.

Do you get fed up of being confided to a desk day in, day out? Whilst this is predominately an office-based role, you will get regular opportunities to visit other Protocol offices, events and conferences off-site!
