Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Skills & Training Recruitment Team, based at our head office in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Salary range: £17,000-£19,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission)

As Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will spend the first 6 months building candidate relationships and working on client roles before soon account managing your own clients, if that is what you would like to pursue. Commission is split 50/50 with your consultants so you are just as important in the recruiting process!
We are looking for someone who is organised, has great interpersonal skills, will be able to work on various jobs in one day, therefore good time management is important. You do not necessarily have to have had experience in recruitment before; our ideal candidate may be from a customer service background, apprenticeships, a client administrative role, experience with sales, perhaps marketing. You may be involved in sport – a team player, someone who is ambitious and motivated. We do offer full training and support across the business and we are open to new ideas!

Working for Protocol
Protocol are all about providing excellent recruitment services to the education, training and skills sector – working with EPAOs and ITPs as well as local authorities. This role will focus on recruiting for training providers across the sector so knowledge of apprenticeships would be very useful

We work 40 hours per week from 8.30 until 5.00 and finish at 4.30 on a Friday.
