Here at Protocol, we know all about the importance of good people, we pride ourselves in ‘placing people first’ and have been doing so for 25 years now!
Our business is full of great people, and you may only interact with one or two in your work with us, but there is a whole army of support in the background from IT to Marketing and Compliance to Recruitment Consultants. We thought it was important for you to find out a bit more about the people that make up #TeamProtocol. In this series, you will find out a bit about the person behind the screen, or at the end of the phone.
To continue the Protocol Spotlight series, we would like to introduce you to Charlotte Willis, National Accounts Manager. Charlotte has been part of the Protocol Family for 11 years now, and is based at our Stamford Office. Here’s what we found out about Charlotte:
- Where are you based?
The pretty market town of Stamford.
- What is your favourite food?
- What is your favourite drink?
I do love a glass of fizz or any kind of gin and tonic! I have a very full drink shelf and it is well known for being on show during company Zoom calls!
- What is your favourite film, book or TV show?
Probably Gone with the Wind, the book and film, I love old films especially black and white ones with Bette Davies. However, my guilty pleasure is reality TV such as Selling Sunset on Netflix!
- What is your dream holiday destination?
Definitely the Maldives, a paradise destination where I can do some snorkelling. I might get there one day!
- Tell us a fun fact about yourself
I’m not a bad singer, I won a sixth form production of Stars in their Eyes as Natalie Imbruglia and I’ve sung at a wedding where Sir Alan Sugar was a guest!
- Do you have any hidden talents?
I can name the breed of any dog just by looking at it!
- What was your dream job as a child?
Probably being on the stage in the West End or a vet, I liked to think big!
- What’s your favourite time of year?
Autumn, it can be underrated but it’s perfect for a walk to see the trees changing colour and my birthday is in November!
- And finally, why do you love working at Protocol?
I love that you are allowed to be yourself, no day is ever the same and we are always trying to improve, the people are also brilliant!
