Following our successful work to appoint the Chief Executive of YMCA Lincolnshire, we were approached by YMCA Humber to assist them in the appointment of their Chief Executive Officer. We designed and delivered a bespoke and multi channel campaign using job boards, comprehensive social media activity and headhunting.  All initial enquiries were directed to a tailor-made micro-site, which contained all of the relevant information; and followed up with detailed one-to-one conversations.   We were able to source a strong longlist, and then supported the Interim CEO and Chair to create a very strong shortlist.  Taking on the design and delivery of the assessment centre, we supported the Board before, throughout and post-appointment – leading to very successful and ideal appointment for both YMCA Humber and the candidate.
