This week we opened the doors to our new London branch based in central London, conveniently located in Euston.

Protocol has been operating since 1995 in the education sector with our head office in Nottingham and several satellite offices dotted across the country. Having worked with a number of key colleges and providers across London for some time and held regular candidate and client surgeries in the area; we have decided to formally open a new flagship London Branch in order to be even more accessible to candidates and clients and provide improved services locally.

Ian Sackree, Chief Executive at Protocol said; “At Protocol we genuinely put people at the forefront of what we do, and we believe having a physical presence is crucial to that. We firmly believe that we do our best work when we are face to face, allowing us to be even more adaptive and responsive in our tireless drive to deliver customer satisfaction.

We have successfully serviced our London customers from Nottingham for many years – but we aim to better support our existing clients and develop new relationships through our London-based team. I am very pleased that we are in a position to be able to open another office and expand our physical footprint”.

Protocol will be engaging with candidates and clients in the area over the next few weeks and will be holding a launch open dayThe new branch will be led by newly appointed Branch Manager and seasoned education recruiter Becci Zapala.

Becci Zapala, Branch Manager added; “I am super excited to open the new branch, Protocol has a well-established and positive national reputation, I am really pleased to be part of the team! I am looking forward to supporting and working with our candidates and clients so closely”

The new office based in Hamilton HouseMabledon Place is up and running and Becci and the team welcome any enquiries and visitors.
