To collaborate productively with Quality and Enhancement, Business Intelligence, IT, Curriculum delivery teams.  The key responsibilities for this role: to deliver a service meeting the FRA requirement for high quality, complete and timely student information; to uphold and enhance practices for collection, storage and processing of data; to advise and mentor staff in use of technology to improve data quality; ensure FRA compliance with statutory requirements of external and internal stakeholders for data storage and Data Protection, audit, financial management and forecasting.

Identify opportunities for improvement in use of existing applications (including REMS) to provide accurate, complete and up to date learner data; to collaborate with peers to ensure FRA benefits from this work (through maximised funding opportunities, excellent external and internal audit assurance, reliable data for business intelligence and future strategic development. This will be achieved by active participation in FRA strategic initiatives, work with Senior Management Team, leading and mentoring the Registry Manager to administer admissions, enrolment, data submissions and funding claims, loans and bursaries, exams, resource planning and timetabling.
