What does it take Recruitment Consultant?

You will be tasked with finding the very best talent for clients within the Higher Education sector nationwide! You may be working with Universities, Training Providers and colleges to name but a few.
This varied role will have you chatting with amazing clients and candidates alike, so the ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a personable, friendly approach.

Experience in recruitment is essential so applicants with a background in Higher Education recruitment will be at an advantage. You will need to have experience of working within Higher Education and know the ins and outs of dealing with every possible situation.
