We are delighted to be working with an education provider based in Birmingham to appoint a Divisional Head.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the Accountant Department, managing the day to day operations to ensure all objectives are met. 

This role would suit an operations director, head of faculty or assistant principal of curriculum level candidate. 

Role responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Management of all Regional Managers
  • Assist with the opening of new centres where applicable 
  • Assist for the implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan
  • Ensuring the monthly Academy Management Board takes place

 

The person & qualifications

  • Accounting and finance background essential 
  • Experience teaching accounting or finance curriculum desired
  • Experience managing teams within a training/education setting 
  • Experience contributing to self-assessment process and Quality Improvement Plan.
