Protocol are recruiting on behalf of an innovative training provider for a Leadership & Management Tutor to deliver both CMI accredited and non-accredited programmes to middle and senior managers, largely from the public sector. You will be covering the West/Central London area. This provider are looking for someone who is passionate about Leadership & Management and has an innovative and passionate approach about delivery and development.
You will be responsible for delivering professional, high quality leadership and management programmes in client locations as well as online. These courses are both CMI accredited and non-accredited own bespoke programmes.
The person & qualifications
- You will have 3 years’ middle to senior level experience in management
- Experienced of delivering Leadership & Management
- Assessing qualification – CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32/33
- Experienced in using e-portfolio
