Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take your career in a new direction? Do you love passing on your knowledge and supporting junior staff?

Our client is seeking a Project Management professional from any sector to take on the role of Project Management Trainer. You will be working with apprentices on the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Standard, visiting them regularly in their workplaces to ensure they are making good progress and learning all the tricks of the trade.

No training qualifications are required – our client is looking for an experienced, professional Project Manager direct from industry, and they will put you through the Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement Level 3 Qualification. 

You will be delivering training on site at their training facility in Cambridge as well as travelling to visit apprentices in the workplace within a 20-30 mile radius, so must be able to travel.


Role responsibilities

  • To train apprentices and support them in achieving their Associate Project Manager apprenticeship
  • To visit apprentices regularly in their workplace and ensure good progression 
  • To motivate and drive learners to succeed 
  • To share your industry knowledge and experience


The person & qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Project Manager, no matter what sector
  • Professional, polished character
  • Positive and supportive attitude
  • Project Management qualification (desirable)
