Protocol are proud to be working with an established Training Provider who are changing the way they deliver the Care Leadership and Management diploma, and are in need of two Advanced Qualifications Regional Trainers to help make this exciting change happen. This role focuses on working with work-based learners either on a one-to-one or group basis, remotely delivering theory and practical aspects of the Advanced Apprenticeship frameworks in Level 5 Health and Social Care (Adults).  


Role responsibilities 
Manage the learner journey and all the supporting documentation  
Undertaking eligibility assessments and telephone interviews with potential new learners, marking assessments, delivering teaching and learning during individual tutorials and group webinars, and maintaining relevant and necessary records of performance as directed by your line manager. 
Deliver NVQ qualifications with a flexible approach, a proactive attitude and demonstrate a passion for success.

Possess own Vehicle 
 You will need to be a great communicator with the ability to clearly explain complex theory and its relation to practice in the health and social care sector. 
You will need to be committed to supporting the learning and development of others, have an organised and flexible approach to work and the desire to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 
You will also need to have good ICT skills and the ability or willingness to develop your knowledge and understanding of new learning technologies.
