Protocol are working with a Training Provider who offer high quality apprenticeships, professional qualifications and on-the-job training around the Midlands. Our client is seeking a Business Development Administrator and a Business Support Administrator to support their training provision.

Role responsibilities

  • To support the Business Development team to assist with achievement of financial targets
  • To assist with recruitment and/or sales targets within area to meet contractual requirements
  • To ensure that customer satisfaction is met/exceeded across the sectors
  • To be proactive and responsive, raising company profile
  • Liaising with our customers including DWP, Employers, Learners, School Representatives and Parents 

The person & qualifications

  • GCSE A-C Maths & English
  • Good Administration skills
  • IT Skills
  • Customer Service skills
