We are working with an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ college based in Merseyside to recruit for a Lead Animal Management Lecturer.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity to work with a thriving department in purpose built facilities and educate and inspire students.

You will hold a degree in Animal Management, or a related field, such as Zoology or Animal Behaviour.  You will also hold a recognised teaching qualification and have a good understanding of the curriculum. Experience within industry on either a professional or voluntary basis is essential.

 

Role responsibilities

  • To lead the animal management team
  • Assist in the development, organisation and management of high quality teaching learning and assessment

 

The person & qualifications

  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification
  • Hold a degree in animal management or related subject
  • Previous teaching experience
  • recent industry experience
