Protocol are working with a large FE Provider based in the heart of the home counties! The provider is extremely proud of the college, with over 3000 full time students in a full range of subject areas. Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join them on a temporary Counselling Teacher starting in September 2019. 

Role responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering Counselling at Level 3 & 4 (Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills and Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling 
  • Teaching 12 hours per week 
  • Motivating students to excel in their subject area

The person & qualifications

  • You must have a recognised teaching qualification
  • Have a minimum of a L4 in a relevant subject / degree
  • Recent experience of teaching Counselling 
  • Must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
