Protocol are working with a fantastic college based in the North Yorkshire region who are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant. This role will be on a full time permanent basis. You will be able to provide personal support and help with administration tasks. 

 

Role responsibilities

  • Provide personal support to the Deputy Principal/Directors of Curriculum, as required
  • Provide personal support to the Director of Finance ensuring accurate and timely turnaround of management accounts, financial statements, capital bid applications, budget documentation
  • Manage/coordinate diary commitments of senior team
  • Lead on housekeeping of College Policies and Procedures on SharePoint
  • Administer/coordinate Third Party Assurance Map updates
  • Provide support to the Company Secretary, Selby Educational Trust (SET)
