We are working with a successful social justice charity with more than 50 years’ experience of changing lives, building stronger communities and reducing crime. They house, we educate, support, advise, and speak out for and with disadvantaged young people and adults.
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Officer based in their Leeds office to increase learner numbers on courses. You will be required to create new working partnerships to assist with referrals and student recruitment.
- Liaise with schools to attend careers and progression events to maximise post 16 recruitment.
- Lead on recruitment and induction of new learners to courses
- Create and run events that will increase the local awareness
The person & qualifications
- Previous recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of the city
- Experience of youth work/working with 16-19 year olds
- Be able to present to large audiences
- Have an outgoing personality
