Protocol are proud to be working with a leading provider based in the North West area who are looking to to recruit a full-time, permanent Automotive Learning Coach based in Manchester. We are looking for both Heavy & Light Vehicle and also Body Repair & Paint Coaches. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate in developing others skill sets

You will be delivering qualifications in a classroom setting, as well as on a one to one basis. 

Role responsibilities

  • You will be working with learners on either Heavy & Light Vehicle, or Body Repair and Paint in a classroom or one to one basis
  • Manage and maintain a caseload of learners
  • Plan the end point assessment process with learners and employers, ensuring preparation and practice is included in learning plan
  • Work closely with IQAs on best practice


The person & qualifications

  • Coaching qualification, or TAQA, A1 Award or D32/D33 Assessor Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Government funded training
