This college are seeking an experienced IT Services Technician to join their warm and friendly providing accurate and effective technical support across the college.
- Assist with supporting Hardware for Electrical items across college
- Assist with Office 365 administration
- Liaise with colleagues and other member of college staff in a professional manner
- Image Workstations
- Setting up and troubleshooting relevant college equipment
The person & qualifications
- Active Directory Administration experience
- Office 365 Administration experience
- Experience supporting Hardware for PC’s Laptops, Printers U& Smartboards
- Good Telephone manor
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting printers
- Good Customer Service Skills
