Protocol are working with a large college group to appoint of head of quality for two of their colleges. This opportunity would see the successful candidate become a permanent member of staff reporting into both Principals and a Group Head of Technical. - Work closely with the Quality Team to monitor quality processes
- Take a lead role in working to develop the quality practices of the colleges
- Put forward recommendations and advise on continuous development
The person & qualifications
the successful candidate will:
- Have strong managerial and leadership experience
- Have a strong FE back ground with an in depth knowledge of curriculum
- Have a strong teaching background with an understanding of assessing and internal verification
