Protocol are working with a large college group to appoint of head of quality for two of their colleges. This opportunity would see the successful candidate become a permanent member of staff reporting into both Principals and a Group Head of Technical. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to help implement and maintain quality systems through out the college. If you are looking for your next challenge read on and hit APPLY!   

Role responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Quality Team to monitor quality processes 
  • Take a lead role in working to develop the quality practices of the colleges 
  • Put forward recommendations and advise on continuous development 

The person & qualifications

the successful candidate will:

  • Have strong managerial and leadership experience 
  • Have a strong FE back ground with an in depth knowledge of curriculum
  • Have a strong teaching background with an understanding of assessing and internal verification
