Protocol are partnered with an East London based College to recruit a Lead IQA who will join the college permanently. This opportunity will see the successful candidate bolster their delivery coaching team, maintain and develop quality procedures as well as leading the delivery team from the front. Role responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery coaching team 
  • Maintain and develop observation standards
  • Monitor and design the curriculum to ensure apprenticeship standard knowledge, skills and behaviors, core skills and other relevant work related training are fully planned 

The person & qualifications

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a construction related degree
  • Hold a verifies qualification  
  • Have experience in managing a team 
  • Have a good knowledge of construction apprenticeship standards
