Protocol are working with a dynamic College based in East London who are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join their team.

With industry standard facilities and equipment in a dynamic, innovative and entrepreneurial environment this is an exciting opportunity for you to help develop the long term vision of a College who invest in their staff whilst surrounding them, in a supporting learning environment.

 

Role responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef and the rest of the team to maintain quality, standards and cleanliness.
  • Able to work hours required and section assigned to from the Head Chef.
  • Compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, COSHH.

 

The person & qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie 
  • Have steady experience working at Sous Chef level within a busy environment
  • Positive, motivated, “can do” attitude with a desire to learn
  • Strong knowledge of health & hygiene practices, and able to train and coach junior members of staff
