This college is constantly investing in its staff and facilities to create a brilliant learning environment for students to develop onto further education or their chosen careers. As a result of this continued growth, we are looking to bolster the Maths department. This opportunity will see the successful candidate working 37 hours per week over 5 days, delivering level entry 3 – Level 2 Maths. Role responsibilities
- Planning and delivering Maths lessons up to level 2
- Teaching 37 hours per week
- Motivating students to excel in their subject area
The person & qualifications
- You must have a recognised teaching qualification
- Have a minimum of a L3 in a relevant subject / degree
- Recent experience of teaching Maths
- Must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners
- Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
