Protocol are working with a large FE provider based in the West Midlands to recruit an Interim Head of Department who will bolster their Rail Engineering team. This opportunity will see the successful candidate working 5 days a week on an initial cover until Christmas, however, this may well be extended further in the new year. We are looking for a candidate who holds strong leadership and management experience, has some sector knowledge and a proven track record of supporting departments through quality improvement plans.
