Protocol are delighted to invite an experienced foundation learning lecturer to deliver both entry level and level 1 foundation learning within a college setting based in Liverpool.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about helping learners strive and therefore can work with learners who may have low self esteem and confidence in the delivery of foundation learning. Equally the ideal candidate will have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability, support their personal development and make the learning environment a fun and comfortable place. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the delivery of foundation learning, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.

This role is part-time, consisting of Mondays and Thursdays, on a temporary basis.

The person & qualifications

  • A teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching foundation learning 
  • Experience working with students who may have low confidence levels and low self esteem.
