You will be responsible for the delivery of effective delivery and assessment across the HR/CIPD programme levels 3 and 5. You will deliver consistently good or better teaching sessions and motivate learners to raise their ambitions and realise their full potential.
- Delivery and assessment of HR qualifications to level 5.
The person & qualifications
- Hold a relevant assessing qualification (TAQA, A1, CAVA).
- Hold a minimum level 5 qualification in a related subject area.
- Have recent experience of the HR/CIPD curriculum.
- A DBS Certificate that is on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
