As one of just 12 Colleges and Universities nationally to have secured funding to open an Institute of Technology, Protocol are delighted to be working with this East London College who are looking for a Chef Lecturer to join them on a part-time basis.
With purpose-built facilities, the brand new centre is designed to deliver advanced and higher-level specialist training.
The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive teaching and learning of Culinary Arts subjects in both a practical and theoretical environment up to and including Level 3.
We are looking for applicants who hold relevant industry qualifications, preferably NVQ Level 3 or higher and have extensive experience within catering and hospitality industry.
Working within the Adult Education Centre, you will be required to teach 4 hours every Thursday from 5pm until 9pm.
