Protocol are working alongside a leading college in South Yorkshire on the lookout for an experienced Catering and Hospitality Lecturer. You will be teaching in a realistic work environment, giving the students the skills and experience they need to excel in their education and future careers. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding quality teaching, learning and assessment.

You will work with colleagues to ensure the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning across a range of cookery disciplines including Mains, Patisseries and Confectionery. The post holder will be required to hold a level 3 in professional cookery or equivalent with some relevant industry experience.

This position is a temporary on going role, working up to 20 hours per week.

  • Delivering Catering and Hospitality up to Level 3

The person & qualifications

  • Experience teaching Catering and Hospitality within an FE environment
  • Hold a teaching qualification
  • Level 3 in professional cookery or equivalent with some relevant industry experience
