Protocol are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager to join a fantastic college in the east of the England. This opportunity is for someone to join the college on a permanent bases looking after construction for both full time students and apprentices. This opportunity will see the new permanent member of faculty become a key player in the colleges management structure with the opportunity for progression for the right candidate.

Role responsibilities

  • Plan develop and deliver an engaging curriculum to meet current qualification and framework standards 
  • Ensure quality of teaching an assessment is upheld throughout your teams
  • Create a cutting edge learning environment, promoting the use of technology to support the student journey 

The person & qualifications

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a track record of managing a successful construction department 
  • Hold a strong apprenticeship background 
  • Hold a construction qualification 
  • hold a relevant teaching qualification
