Protocol are proudly working with a leading provider of further education and training in Merseyside to recruit for a Business Admin, Customer Service and Management Lecturer/Assessor to ideally work on a full time basis. (Part time applicants will be considered)

We are seeking candidates who have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have experience of assessing learners, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.

Role responsibilities

  • Delivering and assessing Business Admin, Customer Service and Management (Level 5 ILM)

The person & qualifications

  • Hold an assessors award
  • Experience assessing Business Admin, Customer Service and Management (Level 5 ILM)
  • Level 5 management qualification
