We are working in partnership with Wigan & Leigh College to recruit for a Plastering Trainer Assessor.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about plastering and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering, experience of assessing, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
Working on a full time, permanent basis, the salary is highly competitive, depending on experience.
- Carrying out workplace assessments, reviews and set actions plans for apprentices, including SMART Targets and deliver on the professional qualifications at Level 2-3 including embedding of Functional Skills
- This role will also include IQA duties
The person & qualifications
- Hold a relevant plastering qualification
- Relevant and current plastering knowledge
- Hold a Assessments qualification (TAQA, A1, V1 or equivalent)
- Industry experience
