Protocol are delighted to invite skilled and experienced learning support assistants/ learning facilitators, to provide supportive care and learning of the students based in a range of colleges in Altrincham, Stretford, Stockport, Bury, Mansfield, and Bolton.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate and experienced within learning support or care roles and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supportive/care roles either within or outside of education and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and help towards the education of learners.
This role is offering either part-time or full-time hours starting in the new academic year (September)
The person & qualifications
- Experience working within learning support/ care roles (essential)
- Experience working within an educational setting (desired)
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to providing support and care to students
- Experience working with adults/ children with mental or physical disabilities
