Protocol are proud to be working with an exceptional national provider to recruit for a Client Relationship Manager covering the South of England. The role will be working with key accounts for the business, account managing key clients and looking to grow new and existing business. 

 

Role responsibilities

  • Key account Management – managing existing and new accounts 
  • Building positive relationships with employers maximising levy spend and other funding streams
  • Meet and exceed set specific KPIs

 

The person & qualifications

  • Proven experience of working within the skills & training market
  • Proven sales and client relationship experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Good communication skills
