Protocol are recruiting for Software development Lecturers on behalf of various Universities for potential, upcoming positions on the degree apprenticeship standard.
Universities will be welcoming cohorts this September and we are looking for applications from Software developers who will ideally have experience of teaching in higher education.
Appointees will develop and deliver undergraduate BEng and postgraduate MSc programmes, as well as other programmes.
The ideal candidate
- PhD in Computing or closely related discipline or are expected to complete their PhD in the near future
- Have taught in Higher Education
- Well-rounded capabilities in research and engagement
- Understanding how to work with web stakes
- Knowledge and experience of running servers
