Protocol are proud to be working with an Ofsted rated “Good” provider who are looking at overcoming the challenges of Covid-19 by continuing to support all their learners, employers and staff in these testing times. Our client are seeking to recruit a Learner Liaison Officer to provide pastoral support to existing and previous learners relating to adult education. 


Role responsibilities

  • Deliver periodic contact to adult learners, predominantly via telephone engagement to facilitate their progression into education, training or employment.
  • Identify and provide approrpriate support to overcome and barries support progression into destinations
  • Provide mentorship and motivation to engage with learners who may be at risk of leaving their programme of study
  • Support learners in setting appropriate participation


The person & qualifications

  • Experience within the Learning and skills sector
  • Passionate about opportunities within adult education
  • Knowledge and understanding of AEB and eligibility
  • Ability to work to Ofsted requirements
