Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education College to recruit for an exciting full-time ongoing position as an experienced Hair and Beauty Lecturer in the city of Worcestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to teach your skills at Further Education level and inspire the next generation of Hair and Beauty professionals. Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for delivering to students studying Hair and Beauty.

We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative lecturing techniques to motive and inspire learners.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Hold a teaching qualification.
• Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in hair and beauty.
• Have previous experience lecturing hair and beauty.
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate students.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.
