Protocol are pleased to present the opportunity for an experienced Health Care Assessor Trainer to join a large, well-established Further Education college in Merseyside, starting in January 2021.

You will be working with Level 3 Adult Care and Level 3 Senior Health Care apprentices for approximately 21 hours per week (on a flexible basis). There is also potential for this to develop into a full-time role.

The successful candidate will have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health care, in positions such as nurse or senior support worker and have experience of assessing and training with strong knowledge of apprenticeships frameworks.

The person & qualifications

  • A Nursing or Senior Health Care qualification
  • An Assessors Award
  • (Desirable) A teaching qualification
  • Previous experience assessing and training apprentices
