Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled and experienced Plumbing Lecturer to deliver educational, motivational and informative practical sessions to students at a Training Provider based in Northampton..

We are seeking candidates who are experienced working within the Plumbing industry and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Plumbing industry and be qualified to Level 3, experience of working within education, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners. 

This role is a full-time, permanent position. 


The person & qualifications

  • Hold a teaching qualification
  • Hold an assessing qualification
  • Hold a relevant Plumbing qualification 
  • Have experience working with young people/ apprentices in a workshop environment
  • The knowledge and confidence to work with students on the practical elements of the Plumbing courses
