Protocol are pleased to be working with a college based in Northamptonshire to recruit a Communication Support Worker. This is a temporary part time post starting January supporting a student with their transition period into FE to prepare them for undertaking their L1 course in September 2021. Hours are 8:30am – 16:30pm Thursdays and Fridays.

Ideal candidate:

  • Hold at least L3 qualification in BSL
  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviours
  • Able to motivate students to excel in their studies
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
