Are you an experienced HR Business Partner seeking an interesting new opportunity?

Protocol are Higher Education recruitment specialists, and we are looking to speak with an experienced HR Business Partner to work within a University. 

As the HR Business Partner your primary responsibility will be to develop strategies and implement business and workforce initiatives, supporting University objectives.

You will also be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance and support to managers, academic departments and support departments, as well as promoting, encouraging and supporting people management initiatives across the University.

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to work as part of and provide leadership to a team. You will be experienced in dealing with employee relations issues and have up-to-date knowledge of employment law precedents.

You will also need the following:

• Chartered member of the CIPD or equivalent qualification

• Fellowship of the CIPD is also desirable

You will have understanding of the Welsh language to one of the following levels:

• Oral (spoken) and Written Welsh Level C1.

• Oral (spoken) and Written Welsh Level A2 or evidence to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to learn Welsh to this level.
