Role responsibilities

  • The role is to provide and deliver a comprehensive and effective generalist human resources service as required.  The role will be responsible for the co-ordination of the recruitment & selection processes including effective onboarding, induction, probation.  The role is responsible for producing and maintaining all HR paperwork/systems that underpins our policies including processing timely starters, changes, leavers and assisting with correspondence that underpins all other HR policies/procedures.  This role will also be expected to cover the other HR Assistant role.; in addition to providing low level advice to

The person & Qualifications

  • You will need be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload and, ideally, you will have experience of helping to develop and implement improvements to HR processes that improve service delivery.  You will need CIPD level 3 and experience in HR service delivery.
