Protocol are working with a leading FE College based in the West London area. It is a very well-established College graded as “Outstanding” by Ofsted. Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join them on a permanent basis as a Electrical Installation Lecturer starting from the 23rd February 2021.

Role responsibilities

  • Delivering and supporting students on the Electrical Installation courses up to and including level 3
  • Teaching 25.2 hours per week 
  • Motivating students to excel in their subject area

The person & qualifications

  • You will be qualified to a minimum in level 3 Electrical Installation
  • You will ideally have experience in industry
  • You will ideally hold a higher level teaching or assessing qualification, or be willing to obtain these in post which the college is happy to support with
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with young people aged 16-19
  • A DBS on the update service or dated in the previous 12 months
