Protocol are delighted to be working with an industry leading Training Provider. They are recruiting for a Water Industry Trainer/Assessor to join their team.
The successful candidate will be industry qualified to Level 3, preferably in Distribution or Process. Teaching and assessing qualifications are not essential, however a genuine desire and interest to move into an education role is a must.
The role is based at their Training Centre in Cambridgeshire, and will also include travel to customers sites as and when required.
- Deliver high quality training programmes to a wide range of customers and learners
- Build quality training packages based on learning objectives and outcomes
- Assess learners in centre and in the workplace
- Contribute to standardisation of qualifications
The person & qualifications
- Relevant water industry qualifications
- Maths and English
- Full driving licence
- Understanding and application of health and safety
