We are recruiting on behalf of a University in Scarborough looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated associate apprenticeship tutor who will be responsible for the progress and academic achievement of degree apprentices on the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA). The program involves all aspects of Leading and Managing, allowing learners to achieve a BSc (Hons) Business Management & Leadership. The course delivery is by a variety of teaching methods covering twelve modules over four years.
We are looking to engage with tutors who are experienced industry, professionals who are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge to help learners to achieve excellence.
Duties include teaching and preparing materials for a range of undergraduate and/or professional programs. Tutors are sought for courses that run during the day, evenings, and/or at weekends through face-to-face and online teaching environments. You will also provide support to senior academics for module delivery and assessment as well as Outreach activities and Open Days.

Salary: £35ph + Holiday Pay
Contract type: Assosociate
Delivery: Online delivery for the foreseeable- May require F2F teaching on Campus.
The person & qualifications
- A Masters degree – preferably in business
- Experience outside of education in a business sector(s)
- Delivery experience and knowledge of Apprenticeship Programs
- Experience with undertaking tripartite learner review
- Teaching and learning experience, including work-based learning
- A teaching qualification or a desire to obtain one
