Protocol are proud to be working with a new, young and growing ITP to recruit for a Business Development Manager based in Birmingham. The role will involve working with levy/non-levy clients specialising in digital apprenticeship programmes as well as Leadership & Management apprenticeships. 

Our client are offering a very attractive uncapped bonus package of % of billed training value with very achievable targets in place. Amazing earning potential, as well as progression opportunities for the right candidate. They are also giving you the tools to succeed with an excellent, easy to use CRM in place and data available from day 1. 

The successful candidate will be sales-orientated, hungry, motivated and trusted to do a good-job. Ideally, you will come from an ITP/EdTech/Education background but may consider exceptional candidates from outside the education sector. You will have a proven-track record in sales and able to create excellent working relationships with a range of clients/stakeholders.

Very quality focused and look to work with good clients in providing an excellent service – this is mirrored with them as an organisation operating in an honest and transparent way.
