Protocol are delighted to be working with a leading EdTech business in recruiting for their next Customer Engagement Manager.

We are looking for someone customer centric, who will take responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers in our clients post-sale “journey” and as such will be managing the relationship between our client and their customers ensuring a fantastic working relationship. You’ll be working alongside a ready team and also working with other internal departments as such with the nature of the role. 

Our client are based in London and ideally this will be in a commutable distance for you, however if you live a little further afield and able to travel in once or twice a week – this would also work. 

The type of candidate we are looking for is someone who is able to work in a fast-paced, challenging envrionment working with customers identifying their desired needs and also take ownership of account level queries such as; service escalations and product enhancement requests. You will also ideally have a working knowledge around vocational training/apprenticeships.
