Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to deliver up to level 3 learners based in the West Midlands area.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about carpentry & joinery and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry & joinery, experience of teaching and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners. 

This role is working on a full time, permanent basis

The person & qualifications

  • A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (Carpentry & Joinery)
  • A teaching qualification 
  • Experience teaching Carpentry & Joinery across a range of levels 
  • Experience of teaching carpentry to level 3 as a minimum within a teaching/training environment
  • Ability to methodically plan student progress and record effectively.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge to teach a range of topics within specified subject area
