Protocol are delighted to be searching for two skilled Agriculture Lecturers to join an outstanding Further Education College based in East Riding. We are looking for one full time permanent position, and one full time fixed term contract until January 2023.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about Agriculture and the Farming Industry, and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidates will have strong background knowledge in agricultural production systems and have practical agricultural skills in either arable farming or livestock farming, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.

The person & qualifications:

  • Relevant professional qualification in a Land Based subject;
  • Current teaching qualification to PGCE/Cert Ed level or equivalent or willing to work towards;
  • Relevant experience of working within the agriculture industry;
  • Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
