Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for a talented Business Development Manager on a Permanent basis – Full time hours (35hrs Monday – Friday). This role will be home based but will require occasional national travel. We are seeking candidates with experience in generating business within the apprenticeship levy market, as this is an education based sector, as well as having a passion for business development. 

This role will require engagement and consultation with employer on their organisational needs in upskilling their workforce through apprenticeship training.



Role responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis with organisations to gain an understanding of the intent behind
    customer learning and development strategies and the desired impact and return on investment .
  • Proactively promote apprenticeship training to generate a sustainable pipeline to achieved monthly
    budgeted starts.
  • Work with other Key Colleagues to produce meaningful and impactful solution-based propositions
    for employers as part of a consultative sell process.
  • Promote all areas of training including recruitment, apprenticeships, AEB, traineeships, L&D and
    any other revenue streams that may become available
