- Planning and delivering a high-quality programme of person al development sessions.
- Work closely with student services teams to develop specific retentions interventions for all students.
- Provide initial pastoral support for all students in your caseload
The person & qualifications
- Level 3 teaching related qualification
- Level 2 English & Maths
- Experience of working with young people in a support or related role
