Protocol are working with Wigan & Leigh College to recruit for a Motor Vehicle Trainer Assessor on a permanent basis. This role is 0.8FTE

As a Motor Vehicle Trainer Assessor you will be required to carry out workplace assessments, progress reviews, including setting SMART targets and actions plans for apprentices, conduct health & safety appraisals and deliver on the apprenticeship standards and professional qualifications at levels 2 & 3, including embedding functional skills. There will also be sessions based within the college preparing students for their end point assessments.

- To travel to workplaces as well as the college
The person & qualifications
- Hold a recognised assessing qualification
- Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in a motor vehicle related subject
- Have a proven track record of assessing apprentices
- Be confident in all aspects of workplace assessment
